Learning to meditate is the best way to overcome stress and keep a positive, relaxed attitude to life.
Through following practical, down-to-earth instructions everyone can learn to meditate. This course will consist of guided meditation, instruction and time for questions.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.
Everyone is welcome! Cost $20 for this half-day course.
