Meditation for Inner Peace
Fridays at 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm with Kadampa Buddhist teacher, Kyle Claunch
This is a one-half hour guided meditation.
Let go of your stress and concerns, unwind, and enjoy a place of peace at the end of your work week. In our busy lives, we need to nourish our mind as well as our bodies. Join us for a relaxing lunchtime break with a half-hour session of guided breathing meditation.
So much of the stress and tensions we normally experience come from our mind, and many of the problems we experience including ill health, are cause or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing this breathing meditation each day, we will be able to reduce our stress. We will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind and many of our usual problems will fall away.
Everyone is welcomed to attend. Drop-in anytime. No pre-registration is necessary.

Parking | The pay lot next door on Gendy is free for the first 45 mintues or there is street parking behind the Fort Worth Community Arts Center by McDonalds. When entering the parking garage, please mention to the attendant that you are there for the meditation class to be let in.
