Meditation Classes at Our Branch Locations

In addition to classes at our Dallas Temple , we offer several classes a week at our branch locations in Fort Worth  and Denton. Both drop-in meditation classes as well as study programs are offered. Class structure and topics are identical to what is offered at the Temple, but in a location that may be more easier or more convenient for you.

Some classes have fees and some are by donation, however no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.

For all of our classes and programs, Everyone is welcome!

Sunday Morning Class

Meditation is an action of our mind and is the main cause of inner peace. When we meditate we are creating the cause of happiness and so happiness will definitely arise, because without a cause there can be no result. Through deepening our knowledge and experience of the stages of the path to enlightenment we can not only calm our busy mind, but effect positive inner change, and even create a deep transformation of our mind and heart.
