Sunday Morning Class

10.00am—11.15am

Meditation is an action of our mind and is the main cause of inner peace. When we meditate we are creating the cause of happiness and so happiness will definitely arise, because without a cause there can be no result. Through deepening our knowledge and experience of the stages of the path to enlightenment we can not only calm our busy mind, but effect positive inner change, and even create a deep transformation of our mind and heart.
