A Guide to Compassionate Living

How do we improve our own life? How do we improve the lives of others? How do we make the world a better place? In this series of classes we will explore answers to these questions so that we can learn to love greatly and live compassionately. Specifically, we will look at:

  • Becoming Free from judgmental attitudes

  • Responding to harm with compassion

  • Being a positive example

  • Reducing distraction and finding our purpose

  • The power of an apology

Based on the books How to Transform Your Life and How to Solve Our Human Problems by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
