Sometimes living in harmony with others and creating happiness for ourself and those with live and work with can be a challenge!  In order to find the peace and happiness we all desire, we each need to learn how to create it from within as well as how to be skillful with dealing with conflict.  By combining meditation with the application of basic Buddhist principles in our daily life we can solve many of our problems and experience a greater harmony with others.

This workshop will look at:

  • Recognizing our inter-related world & The importance of offering kindness to others.
  • Developing patience in daily life & How to grow spiritually through life's challenges
