Karma: A Half-Day Course

  • Kadampa Meditation Center-Denton Branch 210 South Elm Street, Suite 105 Denton, TX, 76201 United States (map)

We all want to fully enjoy our life and be free from problems, but how do we achieve this? To avoid suffering and experience happiness we need to clearly their identify causes. Through understanding the law of karma, or actions and their effects, we will feel deeply encouraged in our ability to change the course of our life. In this half-day course, Jenny will give clear, practical teachings on Karma, how to purify our negativities, and create happiness.

Every action we perform leaves an imprint on our very subtle mind, and each imprint eventually gives rise to its own effect
