Overcoming Anger

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Texas 1875 Laws Street Dallas, TX, 75202 United States (map)

Anger can take many forms, from mild irritation to rage, but it is always painful and destructive. Through Buddha's teachings we can learn how it is possible to reduce the frequency and intensity of our anger and eventually eradicate it altogether. Eventually we can inspire those around us to do the same!

You are welcome to come to a half a day as well as all day. Registration information is below.
