We all experience so many problems and uncertainties in daily life and we naturally respond with an unpeaceful mind and we become become tense and unhappy. We can learn how to take control of our life by transforming life’s adversities into positive, enriching experiences. In this course we will learn how we can use practical Buddhist wisdom to replace worry, fear and anxiety with positive, constructive attitudes so that we can enjoy life with confidence.
Jenny Streit-Horn has been a Kadampa Buddhist practitioner for 10 years and is studying on Teacher Training Program at KMC Texas. She is known for her heartfelt teachings and for offering practical examples that help people integrate Buddhist teachings into their daily lives.
