Through grappling wisely with life’s difficulties and challenges we can learn to live fearlessly.
Through Buddhist wisdom and meditation we can uncover the underlying causes of anxiety and fear and learn how to let them go. Through training our mind and creating good mental habits, in and out of meditation, we can learn to approach normally fear-inducing situations with a sense of confidence. Eventually we can living fearlessly as we experience the peace and freedom of a controlled mind.
Gen Kelsang Menla is an American Buddhist Monk ordained for 15 years and is an experienced teacher who brings joy and warmth to sharing Buddha's teachings and the practice of meditation.
Session 1: 10.00am - 11.15am
Break: 11.15am - 11.45am
Session 2: 11.45am - 1.00pm
The course includes guided meditations, Buddhist teaching, and Q&A. Refreshments are served in the break.
