We all want to be free from discomfort and pain- both physical and mental. Buddhism presents different ways to improve our well-being and promote a healthy body and positive mind. This series of classes will explain how to reduce suffering and grow spiritually from the experiences of pain that we have.


Gen Kelsang Menla is an American Buddhist Monk ordained for 15 years and is an experienced teacher who brings joy and warmth to sharing Buddha's teachings and the practice of meditation. Learn more about Gen Menla on our About Us page.
