We all have habits that seem hard to break. Even though we try very hard, sometimes we feel it’s impossible to change and our habits can make us unhappy or even harm our health. Through Buddha's teachings, we can become free from our inner critic and gain confidence in our potential to change. We can then replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking and living that lead to peace and happiness.
This special series will be held at our main center and all our branches during our weekday evening classes for the month of July!
