In our busy lives meditation is an essential tool for reducing stress and anxiety, creating peace of mind and experiencing a purer form of happiness. Although meditation is very popular it can easily be misunderstood. In this class you will learn:

  • What is meditation
  • How to meditate
  • Different meditations you can do
  • Tips for meditating successfully

Especially designed for beginners- everyone is welcome! The class includes a teaching, two simple guided meditations and time for your questions.

Kyle Claunch has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for six years and is on the Teacher Training Program. He loves teaching mediation and Buddhism because he feels its the best way to help people. Kyle is one of the assistants at the Fort Worth class and is the substitute teacher for that class.  Kyle is a husband, father of three, and has practiced law in Fort Worth for 27 years.
