The practices of meditation and training the mind as presented within Buddhism are universally applicable and offer excellent methods for improving all of our relationships with family, friends, partners, work colleagues and beyond. Relationships can provide meaning and joy to our life, but they can also give rise to friction, insecurity, resentment and disappointment. During this course we will explore the methods of Buddhist psychology and meditative practice for re-framing relationships, learning to cultivate positive and harmonious relationships that give purpose and happiness to our lives.

Based on the books How to Transform Your Life & How to Solve Our Human Problems, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
