When we learn how to practice mindfulness in daily life, we will have a special ability to remain inwardly calm and free from stress even in the midst of our busy, modern world. Understanding and practicing mindfulness is essential if we want to transform our normally busy minds into the causes of peace and happiness. Each class will emphasize easy and practical methods for understanding mindfulness and integrating the practice into everyday life. Everyone is welcome to attend any or all of these sessions!
John has been studying and practicing for over 14 years and during that time has taught at several of our Metroplex locations. He brings a light-hearted yet sincere approach to teaching so that meditation and Buddhism is accessible for everyone. John currently teaches the Ft. Worth Sunday morning class. John is an executive with a technology company and has lived in Dallas/Ft.Worth for 50+ years.
