Relationships can provide meaning and joy to our life, but they can also give rise to friction, insecurity, resentment and disappointment. During this retreat we will explore the methods of Buddhist psychology and meditative practice for re-framing relationships, learning to cultivate positive and harmonious relationships that give purpose and happiness to our lives.
Jenny Streit-Horn is the principal teacher at our Denton Branch Center and has been studying and practicing Buddhism for over 20 years. She has been a Kadampa Buddhist practitioner for 10 years and finds Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's books and teachings to be remarkably clear and practical. Jenny brings a warm and caring heart to teaching meditation and Buddhism and is studying on Teacher Training Program at KMC Texas.
