Many people have a strong wish to help others and to make a positive change in the world. In this class, learn practical ways to focus and express this compassionate wish. Spiritual practice is primarily an inner path involving cultivating beneficial intentions and improving our good qualities. Through our positive intentions, we will speak and act in ways that can encourage and inspire others to relate to and deepen their good qualities as well. Learn specific practices to become a Guiding Light in this world.
