We all want to be free from discomfort and pain- both physical and mental. Buddhism presents different ways to improve our well-being and promote a healthy body and positive mind. This special series will offer meditations for reducing suffering and growing spiritually from our experiences of pain.
Gen Kelsang Menla was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk in 2001 and has taught Kadampa Buddhism since that time. Gen Menla has also completed temple renovation projects in Baltimore, Albuquerque and our own temple here in Dallas. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
