Especially designed for beginners- everyone is welcome! The class includes a teaching, two simple guided meditations and time for questions.
Gen Kelsang Menla was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk in 2001 and has taught Kadampa Buddhism since that time. Gen Menla has also completed temple renovation projects in Baltimore, Albuquerque and our own temple here in Dallas. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
