Kadampa Buddhism is a special presentation of Mahayana Buddhism that makes the path to enlightenment accessible to people of the modern world. At the heart of Kadampa Buddhism is the practice of Heart Jewel. Heart Jewel is a practice of prayers and meditations which purifies the mind of negativity, creates good fortune, and connects us to the wisdom and inspiration of the enlightened beings. Through this practice we can increase our spiritual strength, confidence and true happiness.

In these modern times when negative thoughts and actions are all-pervasive, it is crucial that we learn to tap into something extraordinary, something sacred and pure that is beyond this ordinary world. The practice of Heart Jewel enables us to do just this. Join us for this special course where you can learn about Heart Jewel or refresh and deepen your experience of the main practice within Kadampa Buddhism.
