The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Texas 1875 Laws Street Dallas, TX, 75202 United States (map)

Gen-la Kelsang Jampa will give practical and inspiring advice on how the practice of loving kindness leads to greater peace and happiness for ourselves and others. With clarity, humor, and using examples from daily life he will explain how improving our good heart is the best way to solve daily problems of irritation, dissatisfaction, and conflict. Through this practice our mind becomes more peaceful and balanced, our various relationships become more meaningful, and our life more joyful!

The mind that cherishes others is the supreme good heart. Keeping such a good heart will result only in happiness for our self and all those around us.
