This course helps us to see why we might react in this way and offers practical meditations and techniques to help us improve our difficult relationships. Learn how Buddha’s teachings enable us to relate more positively with others and to find the freedom to have a peaceful mind regardless of what happens.
Gen Kelsang Menla has been a practicing Buddhist for 20 years, was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk in 2001, and has taught Kadampa Buddhism since that time. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
