Inner & Outer Protection: Finding Refuge from The Storm

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Texas-Denton Branch 210 South Elm Street Denton, TX, 76201 United States (map)

We all want to be happy all the time and free from problems all the time. Buddha teaches that the actual solution to our problems and the key to our happiness is found inside of ourself, in particular it is found in our peaceful mind. We can develop a deeply peaceful state of mind and therefore great inner strength  through relying upon the Three Jewels- Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. In this mini-course learn about developing peace of mind, the value of the Three Jewels, and how to create an inner refuge from the storm of daily life.
