We all want to be happy all the time and free from problems all the time. Buddha teaches that the actual solution to our problems and the key to our happiness is found inside of ourself, in particular it is found in our peaceful mind. We can develop a deeply peaceful state of mind and therefore great inner strength through relying upon the Three Jewels- Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. In this mini-course learn about developing peace of mind, the value of the Three Jewels, and how to create an inner refuge from the storm of daily life.
Gen Kelsang Menla has been a practicing Buddhist for 20 years, was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk in 2001, and has taught Kadampa Buddhism since that time. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
