Meditation is a very popular subject. Many people wish to gain experience of meditation, however most of us find it difficult to achieve results. To make progress in meditation there are essential conditions we need to bring together as a foundation for successful practice and experience. This mini-course will explain how to create the best inner and outer conditions and the best objects to meditate on. With this advice we can be empowered to achieve results!
John McKethan has been studying and practicing for over 14 years and during that time has taught at several of our Metroplex locations. He brings a light-hearted yet sincere approach to teaching so that meditation and Buddhism is accessible for everyone. John currently teaches the Ft. Worth Sunday morning class. John is an executive with a technology company and has lived in Dallas/Ft.Worth for 50+ years.
Carol Salerno has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and is studying on the KMC TX Teacher Training Program. Carol teaches many of our classes at the temple and is the principal teacher at our Galleria Area branch.

During the last session, there will be a question and answer section with both the teachers for the course!
