Learn to be the master of your mind and become free from the habits of worry and fear. Through Buddhist meditation and teachings we learn how to transform our mind and experience inner peace and strength. Join us for this empowering class on how to take control of your mind and your life, developing a new sense of clarity and confidence.


Session #1: 10am - 11:15am
Tea Break: 11:15am - 11:45am
Session #2: 11:45am - 1pm
Lunch: 1pm - 2:30pm
Session #3: 2:30pm - 4:00pm (includes discussion and Q&A)



Gen Kelsang Menla has studied under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years and was requested by him to become the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Texas in June 2017. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
