In this meditation day retreat you will learn and practice a special meditation on mental clarity, known as Mahamudra. There are many benefits to practicing this mediation. It enables us to see how things are held in the mind, helping us to let go of attachment. You can gently pacify distractions and improve concentration. By deeply settling the mind through regular practice we experience a profound inner tranquility and mental clarity, like a clear blue sky.

Other benefits include:

  • Gain the ability to see your thoughts more objectively- thereby creating greater choice about what you think.

  • Moves your thinking from your head to our heart

  • Diffuse mental rigidity and emotional intensity

Join us to learn this relaxing, spacious, and transformative meditation. After this day retreat you will feel empowered to get a regular practice going and bring greater perspective, peace and happiness to your daily life.

We have to manage our time and energy in such a way that we can be of maximum benefit to others, and to do this effectively we need time alone to recover our strength, collect our thoughts, and see things in perspective.
— Venerable Geshe Kelsang
