We all have habits that can be hard to break, which make us unhappy, harm our health, and disturb those in our life. Even though we may try very hard, sometimes we feel helpless to change. However, through understanding Buddha's wisdom we can gain confidence in our potential to change and see a path to a better way of living. We can learn how to replace even our most stubborn bad habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking and living that lead to peace, happiness, healing, and health.
This morning class is perfect for anyone wishing to overcome the habits and addictions which are holding them back from realizing true happiness.

The course includes guided meditations, Buddhist teaching, Q&A, and time for refreshments.
Gen Kelsang Menla has studied under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years and was requested by him to become the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Texas in June 2017. Gen Menla was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk in 2001 and has worked and taught within the New Kadampa Tradition for many years. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
