At this special public talk Buddhist monk and International Teacher Gen-la Khyenrab will explain the methods to develop a kind heart, freeing us from negative emotions, and making our life joyful and truly meaningful. Discover how we are all interconnected and learn how to choose kindness in your daily life.

Special Guest Teacher

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada and the NKT National Spiritual Director for Canada. A retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT-IKBU), he has trained closely with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over thirty-five years. Gen-la Khyenrab is an internationally renowned teacher and English Buddhist monk who is greatly admired for his incredibly clear and practical teachings as well as his pure example of humility and loving-kindness.
