We all want to experience peace within our mind, peace in our life, and peace in our world. Yet sometimes due to the busyness and stresses of life and the conflict in our societies, it can be hard to see how this is possible. Gen Kelsang Menla will share some clear and practical Buddhist teachings and meditations that will show us the possibility of true peace and happiness. By discovering this peace within ourselves we can gradually bring about peace in our families, in our life, and in our world. Join us for this inspiring event dedicated to creating inner and outer happiness for all!
