About the Weekend

Everyone has the potential to achieve great happiness and good fortune. We can begin to achieve this by learning six simple but meaningful steps called the Six Perfections and integrating them in our life. By these six as guides in our life we joyfully and easily increase our positive karma or good fortune, experience greater happiness in our relationships, become a source of benefit for others, and discover a real peace within. Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, Resident Teacher of KMC Canada and NKT National Spiritual Director for Canada.

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada and the NKT National Spiritual Director for Canada. A retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT-IKBU), he has trained closely with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over thirty-five years. Gen-la Khyenrab is an internationally renowned teacher and English Buddhist monk who is greatly admired for his incredibly clear and practical teachings as well as his pure example of humility and loving-kindness.

Rates have been adjusted as all lunches have been sold out. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
