About the Talk
Peace, Happiness and Bliss
Buddhist meditation is widely known for its ability to help people remove the inner causes of their suffering. But it is also about becoming happier and happier — discovering the deep peace, joy, and bliss we all have inside of us!
Through Buddhist teachings and meditations, we can learn to pacify distraction, negative thoughts, and unhappiness, and thereby coming to discover an authentic experience of peace. As we tap into this reservoir of peace within ourselves we can come to experience a pure happiness or bliss. With this happiness and joy we can then bring happiness to others.
Join us in discovering the limitless potential we all have within.
