About The Meditation & Talk

You are infinite possibility and potential. However, harnessing the power to change so we can leave behind suffering and find a new direction can sometimes be challenging. In this special talk and meditation, Gen Kelsang Menla will share Buddhist advice for realizing our desire for positive change and personal growth. By more clearly understanding our great potential and how to achieve it through using meditations found within Vajrayana Buddhism, we will gain a confidence and energy to bring about joy, fulfillment, and greater enlightenment in our life for the benefit of all.

What is Vajrayana Buddhism?

Vajrayana Buddhism, also known as Secret Mantra or Tantra, is a special set of spiritual instructions that show us how to achieve the happiness of enlightenment quickly. The meditation technologies presented enable us to relate to our own and others potential in a beautiful and practical way. Spiritual Empowerments are the entryway to effectively practicing the meditations explained in Vajrayana. In a practical and accessible manner Gen Menla will introduce:

  • How to gain confidence in our infinite potential for good

  • The Empowerment of Green Tara- being given on April 6

  • The meaning of Buddhist mantra

  • How to meditate on our own and others potential for enlightenment

If you are interested to learn more about the spiritual empowerments of Buddha and related meditations, then this talk is for you!

Everyone is welcome!
