Creating Happiness: The Art of Transforming Adversity


Sometimes living in harmony with others and creating happiness for family, friends, and ourself can be challenging!  To experience the peace and happiness we all desire, we need to learn how to create peace of mind, improve our good heart, and be skillful with others.  By gaining experience of meditation and applying of Buddhist principles for opening our heart and transforming adversity in daily life, we can solve many of our problems and experience the joy and happiness we desire.

Week 1: Kind Heart Meditation and Mindfulness
Week 2: Seeing Beyond Faults
Week 3: The Power of a Patient Mind
Week 4: Compassionate Living

This series will draw from the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness.

Parking is validated on Wednesday evenings in Dallas.

A number of lots and garages are also available within walking distance for $6/ day and $7/day.
