How do we cope with the uncertainty and instability of our chaotic modern world without getting overwhelmed, angry or living in a constant state of anxiety? How can we maintain wisdom and compassion in the face of distressing events?
In this evening lecture, we will explore practical methods for transforming adversity from the point of view of Buddhist philosophy, psychology and meditative practice. Gen Menla will take your questions in a Q&A at the end of the talk. Complimentary refreshments will available afterwards.
Everyone is welcome!
