We all want to be more mentally flexible, peaceful, and happy. Through practicing a meditation called the Yoga of Exchanging Self with Others we can learn how to see things from others point of view and overcome any hard feelings we have. Through this practice of mental yoga, we can also gain a deeper understanding of and empathy for others. In this way we will create greater happiness and harmony in our various relationships and interactions in daily life.

The path to enlightenment is really very simple. All we need to do is stop cherishing ourself and learn to cherish others. All other spiritual realizations will naturally follow from this.
— Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, The New Eight Steps to Happiness

Gen Menla will give teachings and guide meditations on the practice of Exchanging Self with Others.  This yoga is one of the most important and practical of all Buddha’s teachings.
