Healing Body and Mind
We all want to be free from discomfort and pain- both physical and mental. Buddhism presents different ways to improve our well-being and promote a healthy body and positive state of mind. This series of classes will explain how we can reduce suffering, grow spiritually, and be of greater benefit to those around us.
