This series will provide an introduction to meditation and instruction and encouragement for starting to practice meditation, mindfulness, and bringing the practice into daily life. Class includes two guided meditations, a talk on Buddhist meditation for everyday living, and time for Q&A.
Although each class is part of a series, each one stands alone, so you can attend one, two or all classes.

Jacqueline McKethan began studying meditation and Buddhism in 2005 at Kadampa Meditation Center North Carolina, and continued her studies at Kadampa Meditation Center Texas when she moved to Dallas in 2008. She is currently enrolled in the Teacher Training Program and regularly teaches classes in Dallas. During the day, she is an Information Security Specialist, having previously been a professional musician.
