WHAT TO EXPECT
You will receive an introduction to meditation with advice and encouragement for starting your own meditation practice. This class is great for beginners interested in meditation, mindfulness, and learning new ways of thinking about daily life.
Each class includes two guided meditations, a talk on Buddhism for everyday living, and time for Q&A.
Although part of a monthly series, each class is stand alone. You can drop in any time. Anyone interested in meditation is invited to attend. Everyone is welcome!

Renee Ennis has been teaching and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 10 years. She brings deep experience to her teachings that express how to use Buddha’s teachings in everyday life. Renee is an active participant and student in the Teacher Training Program.
