WHAT TO EXPECT
These classes are perfect for beginners! They provide an introduction to meditation and offer advice and encouragement for starting to practice meditation, mindfulness, and bringing new ways of thinking to daily life.
Class includes two guided meditations, a talk on Buddhism for everyday living, and time for Q&A.
Although part of a monthly series, each class is stand alone. You can drop in any time. Everyone welcome!

Josh Hauberg has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for several years and is on the Teacher Training Program at KMC TX. He also volunteers as our Family and Children's Class Coordinator. Josh brings a warm and light-hearted presentation to his teaching. He is recently married and teaches elementary school in North Dallas.
