This series of classes will answer all these questions and open your mind to new perspectives that you may have never considered before.
According to Buddha, if we want to be truly happy, we need to free ourselves from the destructive influence of anger. By meditating on the methods taught by Buddha and using them in challenging relationships and circumstances we will be able to short circuit anger and consciously respond in ways that open us up to resolutions and new possibilities.
Through this, we will be able to leave the habits of anger behind once and for all, and step into a new identity – someone who is peaceful, happy, confident, beneficial, wise, and kind.
