Prayers & Meditation


Meditation prayers, often called pujas or sadhanas, are an important part of our practice. They help us to prepare our mind for successful meditation by creating mental transformation that comes from Buddha's blessings. They also help us to purify our mind of negativity and gather positive energy that comes from reciting and focusing on the meaning of the prayers.

Our daily chanted meditation practice is Heart Jewel. Other practices are done on a regular basis, see our calendar for exact times. Please feel free to drop-in at anytime to learn about these.

Highest Yoga Tantra Practice Classes

Highest Yoga Tantra Practice classes are scheduled through this summer with Gen Menla to prepare for receiving Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment at Kadampa International Summer Festival 2018.


Apr 20, 2018: 7:30pm to 9pm

May 5th, 2018: 3pm to 5pm

May 19th, 2018: 11am to 1pm

June 8th, 2018: 7:30pm to 9pm
