Enjoy a relaxed retreat in the heart of Dallas. You can learn some meditation basics and be guided in meditations from the "Inner Peace" chapter of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's new book, How to Transform Your Life.

This course will look at:
- Understanding meditation and how to include it in our daily life.
- Learning how to cultivate a formal meditation practice
Gen-la Jampa has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years and under his guidance has taught at many centers and events internationally. Gen-la is well-loved for his clear and inspiring teachings, and his ability to touch people’s hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness.

Session 4: 4.00pm-5.00pm
Feel free to attend for the full day or half a day. Refreshments will be served in the break. Feel free to bring your own vegetarian lunch, otherwise there are many local restaurants.
