Sometimes living in harmony with others and creating happiness for ourself and those with live and work with can be a challenge! In order to find the peace and happiness we all desire, we each need to learn how to keep a good heart as well as how to be skillful with dealing with conflict. By combining meditation with the application of basic Buddhist principles in our daily life we can solve many of our problems and experience a greater harmony with others.
Carol Salerno has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and is the principal teacher at the Richardson branch center. She brings a practical and light-hearted approach to teaching Buddhism and meditation. Learn more about Carol on our About Us page.
