Most of our daily problems and conflicts in relationships arise from unbalanced minds such as aversion, attachment, and mistaken projections or ideas about others. These can be prevented by gaining experience of the mind of Equanimity.
Equanimity is a state of mind that is balanced and equally warm towards all. With this positive attitude and good feeling in our heart we can enjoy good relationships with others and always keep a calm mind in the face of the ever-changing circumstances of our life.
