This retreat will introduce a Buddhist explanation of our mind and a special meditation to help us discover the clear peaceful nature of our mind. Through understanding our mind we can gain insight into the relationship between the body and mind, and through mediation improve our health and well-being as well as our spiritual mindset.
This special meditation, called Mahamudra, is a deeply relaxing, spacious, and transformative meditation. By practicing this meditation, your mind will become progressively more subtle and peaceful, causing you to experience a profound inner stillness and tranquility.
