Learn to Relax: A Mini Retreat

In this mini-retreat designed especially for beginners, you will learn how to meditate and the Buddhist approach to training the mind. Applying these methods in your everyday life will lead to greater happiness, well-being  and a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.


Renee Adibi has studied on Foundation and Teacher Training Program for 20 years and has developed a practical meditation practice, balanced with a busy family and work life. Recently returned from a 3 month retreat, Renee teaches the Thursday lunchtime class in Dallas and is an active volunteer at KMC Texas. Learn about her here at our our About Us page



Session 1:  2.00-3.15pm
Break:  3.15-4.00pm
Session 2:  4.00-5.30pm

The mini retreat includes guided meditations, Buddhist teaching and Q&A. Refreshments are served in the break.


$25 pre-pay registration | $30 Door.
$25 for Student & Seniors 60+
