The Art of Mindfulness: Practicing Meditation in Action
Understanding and practicing mindfulness is important if we want to transform our normally busy state of mind into peaceful state mind. By practicing meditation, and living in accordance with the insights and resolutions developed in meditation, eventually we will be able to maintain a peaceful mind continuously. Through mindfulness practice, we will gain a special ability to remain inwardly calm and free from stress even in the midst of our busy, modern world. This series will offer simple and practical methods for understanding meditation, developing mindfulness, and integrating it into everyday life. Everyone is welcome!
