A Four Week Meditation Series at KMC Texas

Join us to learn about a uniquely Buddhist approach to healing and change.
There are many methods for healing, but none of them address the deeper level of karmic obstruction that creates illness and other types of sufferings. However, Buddha with his extraordinary wisdom taught about the unseen causes at the karmic level that we can resolve through meditative practices using the Four Opponent Powers. If we only ever address suffering and pain at a surface level, we lose out on a profound opportunity for transformation and physical and mental well-being.
We invite you to learn about the law of karma, how to eliminate past harmful karma and how to find new levels of happiness and freedom through purification practices that Buddha taught. These classes will offer a practical and profound perspective on healing that you can't find anywhere else. Everyone is welcome!
What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for daily life.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
