Join us for a new semester of our Foundation Program study group, taught by KMC Texas Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Wangpo. This special introductory class will explain how the program works and get you caught up on our current book "Joyful Path of Good Fortune".
The purpose of Foundation Program is to provide a systematic presentation of particular subjects of Mahayana Buddhism to enable practitioners to deepen their knowledge and experience of the spiritual path. Each class includes chanted prayers to prepare the mind for the teaching, a guided meditation, a teaching, group discussion, and time for Q & A. You can learn more about our study programs here.
New students may attend this class and audit a few more to decide if they wish to join for the full semester. Full time participants must be active monthly supporting members of KMC Texas. You can find more information about becoming a member here.
