Each class is beginner-friendly and includes two guided meditations, a short talk on applying Buddhist wisdom to everyday situations, and time for questions. While the classes are part of a monthly series, each one is self-contained — so you can drop in any week.
Our classes are open to everyone. No prior experience is necessary. Everyone welcome.
