Meditation Classes for Everyone
Join us on Sundays in August as we look at attitudes and perspectives we can cultivate to have a meaningful life. The presentation of Buddha's teachings we'll follow in this series comes the universally acclaimed commentary, Universal Compassion - Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times.
Dharma for Kids
This class is designed for children in kindergarten and above. We also have a video link for parents with preschoolers, toddlers and infants. Each class will include a short meditation, a Buddhist lesson, and activities to help children increase their patience, respect for others and loving kindness.

Teachings on the Five Forces found in The New Eight Steps to Happiness help us transform our mind from negative to positive states, and to reinforce positive habits of mind through meditation.
Thursday Classes
In this series of weekly classes we will look at how to get into our heart and truly experience peace of mind. The practical tips we learn will help us develop a regular meditation practice.
What to Expect
Meditation is an action of our mind and is the main cause of inner peace.
So come and enjoy drop-in meditation classes at our 8500 square foot downtown Dallas Temple. The Temple offers an ideal setting to improve your meditation practice in an inspiring and peaceful environment.
Drop-in classes are oriented towards those that are new to meditation and Buddhism. Some classes have fees and some are by donation, however no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
Our classes are great for anyone.
