Being Resilient When Life Feels Tough

A Three Week Meditation Series in Fort Worth, Texas

Mondays from 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
In-Person Only

Feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!

No class on Memorial Day, May 26.

We sometimes encourage others by saying "Pull yourself up by the bootstraps." And, you can likely appreciate the idea of getting back up after being knocked down. But, what do we do when we just don't feel like getting back up? Interestingly enough, we can see that it all depends on our attitude.

In this series, we will explore how we can develop the mental capacity to bounce back and even withstand the challenges we face. This will be an uplifting and inspiring series of classes and couldn't be more timely.

What to expect:

  • Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
  • Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
  • Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
  • Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.

The Venue: Fort Worth Botanic Garden
